watchguard - alias with many entries

- Disable policy highlighting in policy manager. If you do not do this, Policy manager will take several minutes to open
- Create the alias via .csv upload. This will also take a long time to complete.
- Do not attempt to modify or update the Alias using policy manager or the WebUI.
- Always update the alias via .csv upload using a complete replace.
