if the clearpass server has lost his ip address:

1) use list command to check what is the status: [appadmin@nac01]# network ip list

2) run command: [appadmin@nac01]# system refresh-network

2) reboot

3) add ip using command: [appadmin@nac01]# configure ip <mgmt|data> <ipaddress> netmask <netmask address> gateway <gateway address>


hint:
.. probably the mac-adresse on the interface adapter has changed (maybe through a move to a another hyperv server, if "keep" the mac address is not enabled on the hyperv machine)
