User Manual - Software Upgrade Procedure:
1) Log in to "elm327.com" to download the >>V519ProductTool<<
2) after download -> use type-c usb cable (usb-c)
3) double click to run >>V19ProductTool<<
4) Select Update Firmware
5) Select start update and wait until the upgrade is successful
