How to Set Up Windows 11 with a Local Account During Installation

Microsoft strongly encourages you to use a Microsoft account for Windows 11. However, here is a workaround: Begin the setup process without an internet connection. When prompted to connect, press SHIFT+F10 and type "start ms-cxh:localonly". This will allow you to create a local account instead. After completing the setup, you can then connect to the internet.
