- console serial cable
- a terminal software lke putty or Tera Term VT
- the serial number of the device
> wait until the device has been started:
enter username: maintainer
pwd: bcp + serial number of the device in UPPERCASE
> now do a factory reset:
execute factoryreset
>> answer the question with yes if you want to do it
>after the reboot, you can login just with user admin and no password
#on a system with vdoms are not enabled

edit admin
set password
