To exit distributed monitoring you will need to check the following:
> all needed hosts need to be monitored on the remote site
> uncheck the "Disable configuration via WATO on this site" in the distributed monitoring settings page
> allow users to login on remote site "Users are allowed to directly login into the Web GUI of this site" via the distributed monitoring settings page
> then save the changes and login to the remote site
> see if all hosts are there and everything looks as expected
> after the checkup you can set the "Enable replication" option to "No replication with this site" and "Temporarily disable this connection"
