AIX
-> detect new Hardware on AIX: cfgmgr
-> install latest software from cd-rom: cfgmgr -i /dev/cd0
-> firmware AIX:
lscfg -vp | grep alterable
#This command will produce a system configuration report similar to the following.
-> ROM Level.(non-alterable)...px010921 <== SvP FW level
-> ROM Level.(alterable).......SPX01264 <== System FW level
