aix boot process

- init process -> executes rc.boot
- rc.boot 1 //param 1: configure base devices
- rc.boot 2 //param 2: activate rootvg
-> init from boot logical volume is replaced with init from rootvg
-> new init processes the /etc/inittab file
-> rc.boot 3 is running again
