Typo3 7.6 LTS - Upload Files problem

Problem: files cannot be uploaded

Solution: set parameters in .htaccess
php_value max_execution_time 1000
php_value max_input_time 1000
php_value post_max_size 100M
php_value upload_max_filesize 100M
