windows - how to copy files and folders and preserver the original date?

>> use robocopy!

robocopy C:\source C:\destination /COPYALL /E /R:0 /DCOPY:T

/E : copy directory recursively
/COPYALL : copy all file informations
/R:0 : the number of retries on failed copies
/DCOPY: T : preserver original directories timestams
